Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 days to prepare & ship your order.
US Expedited: 2-3 business days.
US Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days.
UK Standard Shipping: 3-4 business days.
Canada Expedited: 3-5 business days.
Canada Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.
EU Express: 2-3 business days.
EU Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.
International: 5-7 business days depending on location.
Total delivery time = processing + transit time + any courier delays.

*The transit times quoted are what is promised by our couriers, please bear in mind these may be subject to delays on their end for a variety of reasons which will be out of our control.
All customers are responsible for all customs and duty fees that are incurred during transit, we are unable to determine what amount this will be.
Customers will receive a tracking number with confirmation email. Please make sure that you enter your full address correctly before ordering. Contact us via email if you experience any issues. 

DAMAGED/LOST/ STOLEN PACKAGES;

We insure all products are packed safely to prevent any damaged deliveries.   However, If your package is lost/stolen after being delivered to the post office or while you are home Juicy Purr cannot be responsible. You will have to make a claim with the Post Office/UPS/DHL. Once you receive a tracking number it is your responsibility to contact the post office about issues regarding your package. Sadly, we have no information about your package. Once given to the post office they would be of better assistance to you. However, if your package is damaged, you will receive a replacement on items based on eligibility.

INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES;

If you are making an international order, please note we use UPS! Once a package leaves United Kingdom to go to your country the US postal site stops tracking it. You will need to contact the post office or customs in your country with questions concerning your package. Please keep in mind the rules and regulations that your country has for products that are allowed to enter the country. We are not responsible for any items that are held by customs if the country prohibits the items. We are not responsible for additional custom fees we have no control over this.

INVALID ADDRESS;

If you make a mistake on address or somehow miss the package and it is returned back to us we will resend it back to you but you would need to pay for another shipping fee. Please be careful when typing address we would hate for you to repay for shipping. You do not receive a refund on your initial shipping payment because this was paid to the courier to make the initial shipment.

ALLERGIES/ IRRITATIONS;

Please review ingredients on all products to avoid allergy/ irritation issues.If unsure please consult doctor before use. If you experience any reaction stop using product immediately. 

REFUNDS;

Every purchase made is nonrefundable and nonexchangeable.
